Is there a big difference between under-eye fat repositioning and under-eye fat removal? From what I see, it seems like a lot of people get under-eye fat repositioning, but not many get removal? Is there anyone who can recommend a place that does both repositioning and removal well? I haven’t been able to look into many places, and I’m currently looking at ㅇㅂㅈ ㅇㅅㅋ ㅇㅁㄱ ㅇㄹ because I see them mentioned a lot in cafes
