I had double eyelid surgery + medial and lateral canthoplasty when I was in high school. The medial canthoplasty isn’t noticeable, and I’m just moderately satisfied with it. As for the lateral canthoplasty, it isn’t noticeable either and it seems like a lot of it closed back up.. Whether you do it or not, there doesn’t seem to be a big change. I’m considering revision double eyelid surgery. I don’t have much fat in my eyes, and I had an incision after removing sagging skin, but multiple double eyelid lines formed, so my eyes became sleepy-looking + uneven, and I’m considering revision surgery ㅠㅠ Does anyone know a double eyelid surgery clinic they can recommend?
