Wouldn’t they do revision surgery even at 6 months if it’s due to nasal obstruction?

To be precise, it would be a second revision surgery. Doctors all seem to say the minimum period is 6 months, and realistically after that, you have to wait 8–10 months, or as long as a year, for it to truly stabilize. Sigh, but if it were just that the shape was hopeless, I’d wear a mask and just put up with it for 10 months. I’m at 4 months now, but my nasal obstruction is so severe that I can’t live normally, you know? But you can tell yourself whether it’s blocked because of swelling and the mucosa, or whether something went wrong with the surgery. My nose doesn’t feel like the kind of nasal obstruction caused by mucosal swelling after surgery; it feels like the upper inside part of my nose is completely blocked, like someone is pressing down hard on the upper part of my nose with their hand. Even when I went to an ENT, they said the mucosal swelling was okay. When I got a CT scan, it showed a deviated septum that wasn’t there before and nasal valve stenosis. I didn’t have rhinitis surgery, they didn’t touch my septum, and they used donated rib cartilage, so it’s not empty nose syndrome or anything like that. Then what else could it be? No matter how I look at it, it seems like a side effect of osteotomy or a side effect from septal extension done to lower the columella. How am I supposed to wait more than 8 months like this.. If I just complete exactly 6 months and ask them to do it, would they do it? I’m going around for consultations starting next week, and I’m going to say that I absolutely want revision surgery once I complete 6 monthsㅠ If a person can’t breathe, isn’t that exactly an urgent situation? The thought that the time I can’t breathe will get even longer is horrifying
