Almost 3 years ago, I had surgery because I had a slight hump and my nose was crooked. My original nose wasn't bad either, but the crookedness stressed me out, so I decided to have surgery. They said that even with surgery, the crookedness wouldn't be corrected. I had the hump shaved down and surgery with donated costal cartilage + 4 mm silicone. Even when the stitches were removed, there was something like inflammation inside my nose, and it was bumpy, but the director said there was nothing wrong, and whenever I tried to ask questions, he cut me off and left in a hurry. So I just lived with it like that. The inside of my nose settled down, but not long after, I could see something inside my nose, either cartilage showing through or protruding. Even when I told the clinic, they said there was nothing wrong, so I kept living like that. But when I touch the left side of my nasal tip, I feel something sharp, as if cartilage is protruding at the nasal tip, while the other side is clean with nothing sticking out. So I visited the clinic last year, but the director who did my surgery had gone to another clinic and wasn't there, so I consulted another director. He said it was true that cartilage was protruding at the nasal tip and that it could break through. He said there was also some translucency at the nasal tip, so the cartilage needed to be trimmed and dermis or something had to be placed over it, and that my nose could become lower. The left side is lower than the right, and my nose is also crooked to the left. It's hard to breathe, my rhinitis has gotten worse, my nose always hurts, and it's almost completely blockedㅜㅜ They said they would do revision surgery if I paid 500,000 won for anesthesia, but I really don't trust them, so I've just been living with it. It still hasn't broken through, but I keep worrying about it, and it feels like it will break through soon, so I'm scared.
