Before/after/after Before surgery, my nose was low and had a hump, so I really had no confidence in it. My forehead was narrow, and because I opened my eyes using my forehead, I was really stressed about the wrinkles. Then my older sister had nose surgery at this hospital and it turned out so well, so without consulting other hospitals, I went straight for a consultation and set a surgery date. During the consultation, the consultant noticed that I was opening my eyes with my forehead and recommended a forehead lift! There was no pressure, and it was something I had felt self-conscious about. I didn’t know my forehead wrinkles were caused by opening my eyes with my forehead, but once I found out, I decided to proceed with nose surgery together with a forehead lift. For the nose, I had ear cartilage used for the nasal tip and silicone for the nasal bridge. The surgery really felt like it was over as soon as I closed and opened my eyes. I think the swelling went down slowly over about 3 weeks, and I went on a lot of walks haha. In the blink of an eye, 3 months have passed, and there are no major discomforts. I do have more nasal discharge than before, but when I asked the doctor, he said it was because the nasal hairs were trimmed during surgery, so the mucus flows out, and that it should get better soon, which reassured me! For my forehead, sensation has fully returned on one side, and I can feel it gradually coming back on the other side. Sometimes I get a tingling sensation and a headache, but the headaches are gradually decreasing. It doesn’t interfere with daily life! My nose became higher in a natural, not obvious way, and after the forehead lift my eyes look clearer, my uneven double eyelids are gone, and my forehead has widened in a nice-looking way, so I’m very, very satisfied. Everyone around me is making a fuss saying it turned out well haha
