My nose has settled a lot, and I’m living without discomfort, so I keep thinking I did well to have the surgery lol It turned out naturally well, so I’m hearing a lot that my nose is pretty. I think the director set the height well without making it excessive! I had existing filler, so I dissolved the filler, shaved the hump, had nasal dorsum osteotomy, and silicone for the nasal bridge. For the nasal tip, septal cartilage was used! It was a major surgery that also included bulbous nose correction and columella lengthening haha I used to get nose filler regularly, but I feel like I just wasted money for nothing lol I should’ve just had surgery from the beginning. As time passes, my satisfaction keeps going up.
