Can I change the deep inline crease from revision surgery to a shallow semi-out line…

I had my first double-eyelid surgery 8 years ago, and I really liked the line itself back then. About 75% out-line? And it was very natural, so people didn’t really notice. But as time passed, multiple creases became really severe, and the right side loosened and changed into a trapezoid shape. I hated how that looked so much, so I had revision surgery 2 years ago at another clinic. But I don’t think the surgery itself was botched, but because they made it an inline crease, my eyes look much more stuffy than before (this is the biggest issue ㅜ), and the right eye line was made incorrectly, so it’s slightly trapezoid-shaped. And maybe because it had loosened before, they tied it really tightly, to the point that the skin color under the double eyelid looks darker? The line is very deep, and my eyes have become the kind where you can immediately tell I had double-eyelid surgery ㅜ The incision line is very dark even when I close my eyes,, There is also a slight sausage-eyelid tendency,,,   In this case, would it be possible to have another revision surgery to make it a softer, shallow semi-out line?
