I haven’t seen the head director even once since starting care. All the skin care is performed by estheticians, and the director seems busy with other procedures and things like that. The estheticians and staff are extremely kind. After the care, rather than feeling like my skin is getting better, it feels more like my current skin condition is being maintained... The facility is pleasant, private, and nice. Once I use up all my tickets, I do think I’ll switch dermatology clinics.
