Thick line + uneven eyes, if you were me would you get revision surgery????? Long post warning

<In the photo, the left side is the messed-up eye... bare eyes, and you can tell right away, right? In real life it looks really thick ㅠㅠ maybe because it's a photo><Here it's the right side.. the photo position changed ㅠㅠㅠ><This is when my eyes were swollen, taken with the rear camera looking straight ahead... I thought I was opening my eyes with effort, but whenever I look at photos my eyes always look sleepy like that... Is ptosis correction also a must???.. Like someone with weak eye-opening strength, selfies look okay, but when taken from the front with the rear camera, my eyes always look unfocused like that ㅠㅠ This is also so stressful><This is with makeup on...><The eyes I want......><Desired vibe 2. Puppy-like, gentle and soft....>I'm so torn. A long time ago, when I didn't know anything and dramatic looks were trendy lol, I just got them big and thick no matter what.... So I had an upper epicanthoplasty + incisional double eyelid surgery, and the thickness was a whopping 1.2 mm lololololol I'm the type who swells easily, and when my eyes swell, seriously... they look way too heavy and thick... Now it's been a long time, so they've become pretty natural, but one eye is too thick.. and my eyes are uneven ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ. My impression looks fierce too, and more than anything, my eye shape?? The shape of my eyes feels so outdated ㅠㅠ Eyes that are only big but not pretty?? So I'm thinking of lowering the line, doing epicanthoplasty restoration, then lateral canthoplasty or lower canthoplasty. If these were your eyes, would you lower the line and get revision surgery? Other people strongly stop me if I say I'm getting revision surgery, but plastic surgery is about self-satisfaction...ㅠ Rather than absolutely becoming eyes like those, I want to make them as similar as possible to that kind of vibe.. eyes that look a little less fierce and kinder.. I'm seriously thinking about it, everyone.. Or should I at least try lower canthoplasty? It's not cheap, and I think the eyes are the most important part of the face, so I've only been thinking about it for years.... Please give me some advice ㅠㅠ
