I used L-shaped silicone and had a closed rhinoplasty. My nose length is short. It’s been over 5 years. Some clinics say I should have revision surgery before it protrudes, and some clinics say there’s nothing wrong now, so there’s no need to have surgery unnecessarily~
Since my nose is short, I want to make it longer, and I also want to create more of a semi-upturned line..

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
