ㅇㅇㅇ only does eyes and is a one-doctor clinic, so I went there first because it was recommended. The clinic was clean and small. Maybe because I went early, there were only one or two people? There was also someone there for an eye follow-up, and I was taken to briefly fill something out with the consultant and then saw the doctor in less than five minutes.. First of all, this doctor seemed to ask what the patient wants and try to match that, but for an indecisive person like me, honestly I wanted them to say, “You need this and this”ㅜ It felt like they would only tell me once I said what I wanted..? Of course ㅍㄹㅇㅂ was like that too. To give the conclusion, all 3 clinics commonly recommended non-incisional suture double eyelid surgery, but that darn ptosis correction is the issue^^
First, my current eyes have a semi-out line, but overall it has gotten thinner and drooped. (Here, they didn’t tell me not to get double eyelid surgery; at the previous two clinics, they said either doing it or not doing it would both be fine.) And they first asked whether I wanted the non-incisional method, and said to only raise it slightly, about 1-2 mm, matching the starting point at the front. They said they would not release the adhesion of the existing line, and if the thread is visible during surgery, they would remove it, but in any case it won’t be visible when I open my eyes. If I raise the front part too and make the line higher, it would be a glamorous out-line, but if it’s high, there could be a sausage-like look. -> They said some people want eyes like that that can be covered with makeup.. But I don’t want to gambleㅠ The adhesion of the existing line isn’t strong, but it does remain because it hasn’t loosened. Non-incisional is possible, and if I want something a bit more definite, incision is also possible (it can release all the adhesions from the previous surgery). But because it’s not severe adhesion, incision isn’t necessary. A higher position has a greater chance of loosening than a lower position, so ptosis correction would be good too. Since a higher position can feel a little heavy when opening the eyes, they would do it slightly and hold it lightly. They said it’s not essential, but it would help. They told me because the higher the line gets, the higher the chance of it loosening, but anyway, it’s entirely up to my choice againㅜㅜ
Is there anyone who can recommend just one more good clinic for revision surgeryㅠㅠ
In my view, I think non-incisional alone would be enough, but since they said it may be good to do just a slight ptosis correction because I’m only raising the line a little, I’m so torn!!! But then they also said just double eyelid surgery alone would be fineㅜㅜ The review photos here are natural, and they said they don’t do many surgeries, so I’m kind of tempted, but somehow all the clinics seem to leave it up to my choice, so it’s hard to chooseㅜ What would everyone do?? Please help meㅜㅜ This year, I really want to get the surgery when I’ve made up my mind..
