Overall, the consultation manager seemed to have little professional knowledge. It also felt like communication did not go very smoothly. Personally, I also found it hard to understand that the cost would be the same because of the surgical difficulty, regardless of whether autologous costal cartilage is used or not. The director did seem confident in his skills. The event discount price was not very different from the non-event price, so there was not much benefit.
