After-after-before-before. I used 2.5 mm silicone on the nasal bridge + right ear cartilage (a little) for the nasal tip + septal cartilage. . I had bulbous nose surgery and osteotomy. .Straight-with-slight-curve line .I had fat grafting to the anterior cheekbones. .I had it done by Director ㅇㄱㅁ at ㅇㅂㅈ. As my bulbous nose gradually became a complex, and since I was having surgery 100% for cosmetic purposes, I looked for a clinic even more carefully. Consultation For 6 months, I researched online, and as soon as vacation started, I went around to clinics for in-person consultations. It was a clinic that had impressed me on YouTube, but I actually almost didn't go because I thought I might be disappointed if the consultation showed a totally different side.. I'm a bit strange, right haha. Still, I went once, and the consultation was much better! He was full of confidence, and since I've been on a single path in art and design.. with the director's level of sense.. after seeing the consultation too, his features gave me the impression that there was no way he could lack manual skill, so I chose Objet Plastic Surgery ..lol I told him the things I wanted to fix and didn't bring photos! I said I wanted an overall natural look, but that a certain amount of glamor was okay as long as the issues could be resolved. I'm really relieved that, for now, I avoided the things I hate most: a visible mark at the tip of the silicone, a pinched nose, and nostrils showing from the front..!! Oh, and there is an effect from the front!! Even short hair that didn't suit me works now..?? lolololol They said the part where the slight overcorrection was insufficient was due to the issue of my cartilage material. They say costal cartilage works well.. During the consultation, they also mentioned rib cartilage, but I was scared and didn't use it. Whenever I went for consultations, he always looked busy, but that also means he has a lot of experience, so I recommend Director ㅇㄱㅁ!! Thank you, Director.
