This is kind of a long story, so only read it if you want!! After my first nose surgery, the tip of my nose drooped a little, so 2 years ago, I had nose surgery with the chief director at a large hospital near Sinnonhyeon Station. But first of all, my nose was not upturned at all, and after the surgery, the nasal tip was lifted way too much. The shape of my nostrils looked like a dragon nose, my nostrils were uneven, my nose was much more blocked than before surgery, and the area where they harvested my autologous costal cartilage still has a huge scar ㅋㅋㅋㅜ It was a complete mess. So at the time, on the day they removed the splint, I told the director, and he said it turned out pretty and well, and that it would come down as the swelling went down(?) I believed that and waited and waited for 6 months, but it didn’t come down at all ㅜㅜ After that, I was devastated and spent 2 busy years, and now that I’ve gotten a job and have a bit more time, I was looking into other famous revision rhinoplasty hospitals. I applied to be a real model at XX Plastic Surgery, where they said even consultations were fully booked until early next year, and they contacted me, so I went to the hospital! But the manager told me it looked like there was inflammation in my nasal bridge. (I had no idea before then.) So the director urgently checked it, and said it did seem like inflammation, and told me to go to the hospital where I had surgery and get it checked. So in the end, I missed that opportunity and contacted the hospital where I had it done before. I said it seemed like I had inflammation and wanted to make an appointment quickly! But they said I could only have a consultation almost a month later. I was so angry for a moment, but I still needed to get it checked, so I made the appointment. After that, I couldn’t wait for about a month, so I ended up going around to several other hospitals for consultations, and I recently had revision surgery! Anyway, let’s say I could understand the nose shape to some extent, but after finding out about the nasal inflammation, because of the attitude of the director, manager, staff, and so on, I left a few comments on a cosmetic surgery app saying I wouldn’t recommend them, and then the manager contacted me ... asking me to take the posts down ㅋㅋ So I explained my situation and said that for those reasons I don’t recommend them, and that I left the comments because I didn’t want other people to end up like me. Then they said their patients saw my comments saying I didn’t recommend them and canceled their appointments. She said she felt sorry about my situation and apologized that they couldn’t get me a consultation right away, but then said that posting this in such a public place was business interference or something? Anyway, she said if I didn’t delete them, things would get legally difficult for me? (It was basically a half-threat.) What’s more, I had just had nose surgery that day and was lying in the recovery room when they called me. But they were telling me to delete everything by that same day..ㅋㅋ ha In the end, I deleted all the comments, but I was so angry that even though I’m not revealing the hospital, I’m posting this in this community ㅠㅠㅠ Of course, there may be people who had really good results at that hospital, but in my opinion, it definitely feels like that hospital is managing the comments and posts!!! (Without knowing that, I only saw the good reviews, got fooled, and had surgery there..) Lastly, what I want to say is, everyone, don’t get multiple surgeries like me. Make sure you make a good choice when choosing a rhinoplasty hospital, and personally, I really recommend private clinics.
