I booked through the app for an event, so the price was a little discounted. The first impression when I walked in was that the clinic facilities felt somewhat old. The front desk staff did not feel particularly friendly, but the consultation manager explained everything calmly, and I liked that there was no pressure to book additional appointments. After check-in, I spoke with the manager and then went into a small room to take front and side photos of my face. I met the director in the laser room, and he explained things well and spoke with professionalism. But even during the procedure, he kept talking to me. Still, he was kind. The final aftercare was also average.
