They are extremely thorough. Three months after my first treatment, I added more volume and got it done again, and they matched the symmetry of both sides of my lips exactly to what I wanted. If you bring a reference photo of the shape you want, they try to match it as closely as possible to your needs. The staff were all very, very kind, and even when booking the consultation I thought they were exceptionally kind. Yes, I had a little lumping and swelling in my lips after adding more volume, but they dissolved it right away, rescheduled me, and redid the treatment at no extra charge. I had come from out of town.
