When I explained the nose I wanted, they clearly told me what was not possible, while also suggesting an alternative by saying this much could be achieved, so I trusted them. But they seemed to lack certainty? trust? confidence about the surgery itself, so I’m a bit unsure. Still, the nose shape the director pursues based on their aesthetic sense matches the nose shape I want so closely that I’m thinking it over.
