I used to have childhood obesity, and at one point I weighed up to 86 kg, but after becoming an adult, I successfully lost weight down to 50 kg! Right now I fluctuate between 54 and 58 kg!! (Height 166 cm) Other areas are slim, but even when I weighed the least, the fat on my upper arms absolutely would not go away,, As I got older, dieting became hard too, and instead of spending a bunch of money on dieting, I thought, let’s just get liposuction,, So I went ahead and did it right away!
I didn’t go to a huge number of clinics, but when I went for consultations, some places had only the consultant do the consultation by eye, and said things like, “If you only do your arms, it’ll be perfect,” or some clinics were like, “Let’s do the surgery today,” so I wasn’t confident about liposuction. So I decided to do arms 360 + armpits + accessory breast tissue + posterior bulge! I booked the date right away that day and came home!!
When I came out after surgery, I was already dressed in a compression garment, and I was surprised because they removed 1000 cc, more than I expected, and I really liked that they showed it to me directly!! I also enjoyed the porridge!!
Of course I thought I’d take a taxi home, but I felt so completely fine that I took the subway home.. lolololol I’m the type who swells very easily and bruises really easily, so on days 2-3, the swelling was a bit hard!! ㅠㅠ The swelling and bruising went down more slowly than I expected!! (No bruise cream x I didn’t take anything separately to reduce swelling!) Even so, I went to work just fine as if nothing was wrong!
I only just had my stitches removed, but I still have quite a lot of swelling, so I don’t know how much thinner they’ll get, but this summer I plan to wear only sleeveless tops!! ㅠㅡㅠ I regret not doing it sooner,,
After liposuction, I ate like an unrestrained foal, so I actually gained weight compared with before liposuction, but from now on I’m going to work hard on aftercare and dietingㅠㅠ!!
Everyone, if you’re thinking about it, upper-arm fat doesn’t go away. Seriouslyㅠㅠ liposuction is the answer!!
