I have a bulbous nose with flared nostrils and a low nasal bridge (and I have even already had it done once... ^^), so I booked consultations for revision rhinoplasty. For now, I only prepared basic questions, but if there are any questions I should refer to, please give me advice. I should not have asked them to make it natural the first time. Who knew they would really make it natural.. So this time, I am going to ask about the surgical methods in detail and properly compare materials too. For the surgical method, should I be thinking roughly about nostril reduction and raising the nasal bridge? Everyone who had a bulbous nose, what method did you use for revision rhinoplasty?
