I had it done because my eyebrow and eye asymmetry was severe, but after doing it, I realized it. This is definitely not a surgery to take lightly... On days 1-2, I felt nauseous and had a headache, so I just lay down. From day 2, the swelling really starts. The area between the eyebrows and around the eyes swells severely, then it gradually moves downward, all the way to the chin. The swelling went down quickly after I had the stitches removed at week 1 after surgery. Today marks 2 weeks, but my forehead line and temple areas still feel awkward, and my eye shape looks awkward, like it was overcorrected. I'm still going around wearing a hat... I can't even meet friends. (Who said no one can tell after 2 weeks from a forehead lift.. Seems like at least a month) They pulled the left side more, so the asymmetry is still severe, but I'm going to wait patiently until the 1-month mark.
