I want to have another revision surgery by firmly fixing the nasal tip with rib cartilage. If autologous rib cartilage is harvested, if 10 is considered the worst pain, how many out of 10 is it? I’m originally the type who can tolerate pain pretty well, and I used to be fearless, but ever since I had breast surgery, I think I’ve become a bit more scared and whiny.. There seem to be many people who lucked out with no pain, but why does all of that sound like a lie to meㅠ Also, I got a recommendation for a hospital that can do autologous rib under sleep sedation. Is this place natural-looking or dramatic?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
