My columella was already on the longer side, so I said I hated how my nose turns into a droopy/arrow nose when I smile, but they said it wasn’t to the point where the columella needed to be shortened. But now it looks even longer. I hope it’s just swelling Sigh, should I just live with it like this Does it not look bad enough to touch again? I wanted this to be my last surgery, so I’m upset
