Rushing it leads to poor results

Before<After>Before>My nose condition wasn’t good, but the clinic urged me to have surgery quickly, so I went ahead with it in a rush. The surgery seemed to go well under sedation and ended early; it seemed to be finished rather simply, and the bleeding control also seemed good. The problem is that, from a consultation standpoint, I think the surgery proceeded without a fully complete consultation. Because no CT scan was taken, they didn’t know the internal implant accurately, so I think the nasal bridge ended up a bit low, and because of that, even though I didn’t request it, I think they performed osteotomy on the sides of my nasal bridge. I’m not certain, but when I went to another clinic, they said osteotomy had been done on the sides of my nose. Once osteotomy is done, it can’t be reversed, so if that doctor’s words are correct, what I’m dissatisfied with is the part where osteotomy was done. Unlike women, for men the nasal bridge is everything, but because the bridge has no volume, it feels even lower, like a woman’s.
