I was worried because I had dark circles under my eyes and the fat was bulging out, so I looked into several places and had surgery. For now, I'm very satisfied, and I definitely feel like the under-eye fat repositioning improved things a lot. I was satisfied with the fat grafting at first, but maybe because I gained more weight, it feels a bit bulging, so I'm going to go back for a follow-up. For now, I think it may also be good to do the under-eye fat repositioning first and take your time with fat grafting.
