One-month review after nose surgery!!

I had surgery for a hump nose and also had an osteotomy. Since I was already doing it, I wanted to reduce the chance of side effects, so I used donated costal cartilage instead of silicone. The day after surgery, the nasal packing was removed; on day 5, the splint was removed; and on day 7, the stitches were removed. People I know said stitch removal didn’t hurt, but honestly, for me it hurt so much.. Also, my nose itself didn’t swell much, but there was swelling around my nose. Now that it’s been a month, a lot of the swelling has gone down, and I go around wearing makeup. People around me say I’ve completely changed, that it turned out really well and that I look so pretty. Everyone I meet asks where I got it done and how much I paid I like it so much, and I hope the swelling doesn’t go down any more
