Day 5 after rhinoplasty

Everyone. I’m on day 5 after revision rhinoplasty in Gangnam. It’s been about 8 years since my primary surgery at a large hospital, but the silicone had become crooked and the silicone mark on the middle nasal bridge showed clearly when I smiled, so I decided on revision surgery. I looked around online and in person, and I think I agonized over it for about two months. After all that, the last place I visited left the strongest impression and somehow drew me in, so I decided on it. The material was autologous costal cartilage, and I had silicone inserted. But I’m not sure exactly how many mm of silicone they put in. When I consulted with the director, he didn’t tell me clearly, saying he’d have to open it up to know, and gave an uncertain estimate of roughly 3-4 mm? I told him I like a natural look, but it’s only day 5 and he already made it so natural lol. The swelling will go down more, so if it gets lower from here, I think I’ll feel like the money was wasted. The nasal tip went up, but even with autologous costal cartilage, it will come down, right,,?? Since it was a revision, it cost quite a lot. Could you take a look at the photos?
