Where is there a renowned doctor who is good at nostril lowering? I’m really at my limit with searching online and going around in person I need to lower triangular nostrils and lower my upturned nose ㅠ It would be even better if they can make the nasal tip look good too If anyone knows about nostrils, I’m curious about things like scar tissue or satisfaction too, please let me know I’d also be really grateful to anyone who knows a renowned doctor for nostrils

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
