I’m planning to get rhinitis surgery together while having revision rhinoplasty. Which clinics do you recommend? The revision is because my nasal tip has droopedㅜ I think it’s been about 2 years since the surgery, and it looks so different from the beginningㅠ When I look at reviews, there are cases where the nasal tip droops and the columella also gets distorted and becomes asymmetric, and some severe cases too.. I don’t know if it’s fortunate or notㅜ It’s not that bad yet. But I keep noticing it and feel anxious that one side might suddenly droop a lot, so I’m trying to look into surgery... I’m also thinking maybe I should just do functional nose surgery at the same time. I wonder if it’s because I touch my nose too often due to nasal congestion and rhinitis.. All kinds of thoughts are running through my headㅜ The places I’ve looked into are Mind, Chamin, and Miho. I heard that for nasal tip revision, it’s better to use costal cartilage, so I want to compare a variety of clinics. Please recommend places that are good at revision rhinoplasty and can also do functional surgery.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
