When I look at people who have gone for revision rhinoplasty consultations or had the surgery, it seems like for almost 80%? costal cartilage is unavoidable. And it seems like when it comes to revision surgery materials, costal cartilage is basically standard? Is there anyone who didn’t use costal cartilage for revision surgery? I’ve seen a lot saying rib cartilage is strong, so I know that.. If surgery is done with rib cartilage, does that lower the chance of needing another revision.. Which is better, donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage..?
Mind, Miho, Chiyu, Weverse, do they all do revision surgery well with costal cartilage? Thinking about the materials is making me wonder again if I need to look into hospitals all over again.
