Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m worried about revision rhinoplasty ㅠㅠ

It’s been almost two and a half years since my first rhinoplasty!! I had a bulbous nose, and what stressed me out the most was that my nostrils were big But I really didn’t care about the nasal bridge, and I absolutely didn’t want to put in an implant because of side effects. So I only looked into places that did nasal tip surgery and alar reduction, and I got it done. I was pretty satisfied They raised it with autologous dermis and used ear cartilage But maybe they lifted the nasal tip too much; when they first removed the stitches, they said they should tie it again and remove the stitches a few days later. So from then on I thought, ah, did they raise my nasal tip too much, is my nose skin? a little insufficient But sure enough, as time went by, people said they could see something at the tip of my nose, like it was showing through, asking what is this… I also feel like the nasal tip has drooped a bit This time I want to shave down the slight hump I have, lower the nasal tip overall, and just make it look natural, really really natural Even if it’s not high, since I had ear cartilage put in, is it possible to lower the septum? The shape from the place where I had my first surgery is okay, so I want to get a consultation at the place where I had surgery first Is revision rhinoplasty a completely different area?? Should I not do it at the place I first went to? Or can I get recommendations for places that do revision surgery really naturally??
