Because I kept doing cold compresses out of habit in this heat, the swelling has gone down a lotㅠㅠ But in this hot weather, how do you all manage your walks?? I really go outside, sweat, and then come straight back homeㅠㅠ The house with blasting air conditioning is the best, I think I keep walking around the living room at home, and my mom says I’m making her dizzy;; Maybe I should buy a stepper I can use at homeㅠㅠ
