(Detailed side-effect symptoms are at the bottom.)
After under-eye fat repositioning, I developed discomfort and side effects (sanpaku eyes, loss of sensation, changed impression, no improvement in dark circles).
Because I was anxious, I requested a follow-up appointment with the director, but in the end the hospital did not schedule a follow-up with the director.
They answered, "After surgery, it is right to observe the course for about 6 months to 1 year while watching the fat adhesion and survival rate."
So I had no choice but to wait, and since I also have had many surgeries before, I knew there are parts that get better with time, so I waited.
More than 6 months passed, but the symptoms were the same, so I kept requesting a follow-up with the director,
and I managed to schedule one with extreme difficulty. (Until then, the hospital asked me to send photos over KakaoTalk and answered by KakaoTalk based on the photos.)
In fact, if there had been nothing wrong with my face, I would have had no reason to contact them except for swelling care.
It took about 8-9 months to get a follow-up.

The answers I heard after scheduling that difficult follow-up were ridiculous.
= The director gave quick answers because he had surgery afterward and left, and then the counseling manager gave additional answers.
>> My dark circles did not improve. I requested before-and-after photos,
but they said the photos are discarded once surgery is completed, so I could not see them.
They said they could do a third fat graft to cover it once more, but they did not recommend it, and told me to think about it.
>> I asked whether it made sense for the abnormal sensation to extend all the way to my lips, not just the surgical area.
I was told, "That area wasn't operated on though...?"
>> When I smile, one eye does not lift and it becomes a sanpaku eye. I asked whether A/S was possible and whether they could open it up and check,
but they said they had never seen a case like mine before, and that because it was not a fixation thread inside but an absorbable thread, there was nothing they could do even if they opened it up?
That was the answer I received.
After the follow-up, I could not understand it at all and felt drained, so after returning home I contacted them again and asked them to schedule another follow-up with my guardian. However, the hospital falsely informed me that having a follow-up with my guardian would be a violation of the Medical Service Act. (I asked more than 5 times repeatedly, both by phone and KakaoTalk.)
They cited Article 21 of the Medical Service Act (records, inspection) and refused to schedule a follow-up with my guardian.
(Confirmed by a lawyer - this is false guidance.)
When I asked them to give my guardian the same explanation that it was a violation of the Medical Service Act,
they said they had no obligation to speak with my guardian.
After that, I lost trust in the hospital, and judged that all future A/S and treatment follow-ups would be meaningless.
I requested a full refund and an apology from the staff member who had given the guidance about violating the Medical Service Act,
but the hospital's answer was that an apology from the staff member would be difficult, and they offered half the amount > I refused.
There is more afterward, but I will omit it.

<Detailed symptoms of side effects after under-eye fat repositioning>
1. No sensation in half of my face (nerve damage). Hospital's answer = wait.
My upper lip, cheek, cheekbone, and half of my nose have no sensation.
I think "tingling" and "numb and prickly" are the right expressions.
Also, it is hard to make various facial expressions naturally.
When I eat a hamburger, I cannot open my mouth wide. Because my lips feel numb and tingly.
My face keeps itching, and I cannot feel whether my nose is running or whether something is on it, so I do not know.
(So after surgery, I developed a habit of frequently wiping my nose and mouth.)
-The sensory symptoms are really varied (it itches, then when I touch my cheekbone, I feel nerve sensation in my lips...)
2. After the sanpaku-eye surgery, my eyes became uneven. Hospital's answer = in conclusion, there is nothing to do even if they open it up, and it would be the same.
One under-eye area is fixed and does not lift. (A fixed feeling under the eye, tightness)
(When I smile, one side is fixed downward and does not lift naturally.)
3. No effect on dark circles. (I requested before-and-after photos but could not see them. Hospital's answer = think about a third fat graft.
They said photos are discarded once surgery is completed.)

As someone suffering from side effects of under-eye fat repositioning, I would like to ask you to take this seriously.
A face that has been operated on once can never be returned to its original state. The hospital will not take responsibility either. Even if the hospital takes some responsibility through a refund or compensation for damages, in the end it cannot reverse side effects that you have to live with for life. Realistically, they cannot take responsibility for the patient's life forever. Ultimately, irreversible plastic surgery side effects can only become entirely the patient's burden.
When reviews about hospital side effects are posted on domestic sites or domestic apps, if the hospital requests it, they are inevitably subject to temporary measures first. Countless posts praising plastic surgery pour in, but countless side-effect reviews are quickly hidden from consumers' eyes. In the end, it is difficult for consumers to make rational choices based on sufficient information. Side effects cannot be reversed. I wrote this review to share information, hoping that people who are considering or have decided on plastic surgery will keep in mind that the possibility of becoming the person affected by plastic surgery side effects is not low, and choose carefully.
