I started in 5th grade of elementary school and finished orthodontic treatment in 7th grade. I did it with tooth extractions.. One of the side effects of orthodontic treatment is getting a peanut-shaped face, right? It has been almost 10 years, but I still have a peanut-shaped face.. I also ended up with malocclusion, so I’m looking into re-orthodontic treatment. I didn’t have protrusion, but they pulled teeth anyway, so I feel regretful, wondering if the results might have been better if I had done non-extraction orthodontic treatment… If anyone here is considering extraction orthodontics even though they don’t have severe protrusion, I hope you think about it carefully
