Are most revision surgeries done with incision?? haha

My double eyelid surgery from around 2 or 3 years ago came undone. So I’m going around for consultations to get revision surgery this time, and so far they’ve all said incision ㅋㅋㅋ

I’ve been to two places for now, ㅋㄹㅁ and ㅊㄴ. It’s tiring going to consultations separately ㅠㅠㅠ

ㅋㄹㅁ said incisional ptosis correction. At ㅊㄴ, they told me to do incisional ptosis correction and even epicanthoplasty. The reason they recommended incision was that I don’t have much fat, but my skin is on the thicker side. They said that’s why the buried-suture method I had came undone quickly. Hearing the explanation, it did make sense!

But for eyes where the double eyelid has come undone, do most people do incision?? Among my friends, one who had it come undone once and got revision surgery also did incision. Then honestly I feel like most of the other clinics will probably recommend incision too, but I should still go around, right?
