Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

Review from someone entering their 9th year after 3 types of facial contouring lol

This community has changed so~~ much lol I was looking around here and there because I wanted to do a bit of remodeling after a long time, found this place, and even found posts I wrote back then lol Compared with back then, there is now an incredible flood of information, but thinking of myself at that time, when I was looking into and preparing for surgery, I’m writing a few lines in case it helps anyone preparing for the 3 types of facial contouring.

I had it done in my early 30s, and now I’m about to turn 40 ㅠㅠ It’s all hazy now, but I remember the first two weeks or so after surgery were truly hell lol Is this right, was the surgery done properly, am I going to become that woman with plastic surgery side effects? Since I couldn’t go anywhere, I sat at home thinking and worrying about every possible thing lol

For a little over a year, I heard a lot that I looked re~~ally young, but I think that was because of the swelling. Since this swelling wasn’t the kind of puffiness you get after eating ramen and waking up, but swelling rising from inside the flesh, my face filled out plumply lol Really like someone in their early 20s whose baby fat hadn’t fully gone away~ lol (there may be individual differences?) Maybe because the bone was gone lol My face looked round and soft~ the swelling settled in a pretty way.

Around 1 year after surgery and from then on, the contour slowly started to show, and once all the swelling went down, I looked a bit too slim-faced ㅠㅠ (I was dieting hard too) This may just be personal preference, but I guess I like a slightly plump oval face more than a very slim oval face ㅠㅠ So I gained a moderate amount of weight again lol

Up until then, I didn’t feel any cheek sagging, and since everyone kept saying cheek sagging, cheek sagging as a side effect, I got scared, so I consistently went to dermatology clinics and got lifting treatments. At the beginning, when I was first getting into it, I got things like Shurink, and since 5 years ago I’ve just been getting Thermage once a year.

Anyway, after living for about 30 years with a big-rock face (the boyfriend I was dating at the time used to tease me, saying to look in the mirror because my face was much bigger than his) for the past 9 years or so, I’ve even heard that my face is small lol Since I go to dermatology clinics and consistently get lifting, looking young and having good skin are just bonuses....

Person 1: Unnie, your face is really small~ Person 2: Wow, Ms. So-and-so, your face is really small~ Me: Oh my~ not at all hohoho lol

After about 3-4 years, I think the contour completely settles into place. I don’t know for sure either, but I guess after the swelling goes down, the deeper muscles settle into a new position and keep adjusting. Until then, it kept looking a little different.

And really, if you don’t say you had surgery, no~~~~ one knows lol

Just one thing. When you go to the dentist for treatment and take a panoramic X-ray, you get caught immediately lololololol A dental hygienist or doctor is still okay, but.... There’s the story of how I went to the dentist with my mom, and because there were metal pins embedded in my skull, my mom freaked out...

When you get dental treatment, look at the X-ray by yourself ㅠㅠ

My face was wide sideways, and first of all, it was naturally on the large side, and my cheekbones were quite wide. So it only looked relatively like a V-line, but overall it was a face with a large bone structure.

For people who want to do it because they have a complex, honestly, I want to actively recommend it. But please really look into it carefully and thoroughly, do it at a place you can trust, and I hope you get a good result.

Looking back now, I do think I was quite bold back then lol But when I look back, I think it was a choice I don’t regret. I feel like I spent happy years where the gains were far greater than the losses.

If there is a downside, it might be the maintenance cost (lifting, etc.). But medicine keeps advancing, and lifting technology will keep getting better and better, right!!!!!?? lololol (positivist)

I had the surgery done by a famous director at a hospital that is still really famous now, and I chose him because he was famous even back then. The surgery fee was ve~~ry expensive even back then (it still isn’t a small amount of money), so it’s probably even more expensive now, right? ㅠㅠ I’m curious how much it costs these days too.... lolololol
