I developed columella necrosis after nose surgery,
and with 2 re-suturing procedures and excision of the necrotic area,
a lot of the columella skin was also cut away,
and because I couldn’t receive proper treatment for 3 weeks,
the wound still hasn’t healed.
It seems like the necrosis has stopped because a lot was cut out, and there’s a large necrotic scab. The middle is the necrotic scab. Has anyone here who had necrosis or treated necrosis
where did you get treatment,
and what kind of treatment did you get??.... I’m really so upset
