Review nose: silicone, ear cartilage used, nostril reduction I had no idea breathing through my mouth would be this hard... After the cotton packing was removed on day 3, it became bearable It's day 4 after surgery, so I think I'll know more in detail once the splint comes off but the effect of the nostril reduction seems huge! They say scar care is important once the stitches are removed next week. How did everyone manage their scars???
