It’s been almost 10 years since my surgery, so I don’t know if it’s the same doctor as at ㄱㄹㅇㅅㅇㅇㅇ now. Back then the name was ㄱㄹㅇㅅ, and there were two directors. One was more famous, and the less famous one did my surgery.
I was just thinking of getting epicanthoplasty, but out of nowhere they said I had ptosis and told me to get eye shape correction, so I had epicanthoplasty and incisional eye shape correction. One side has worse scarring, the line is bent, my eye is slightly turned outward, and my eyelashes are lifted. About 2 months after surgery, he said he would redo it himself, but only one side lol because they were uneven. But I couldn’t trust him at all, and I didn’t have the capacity to have another surgery and take time off, so I just let it go.
I’m now in my late 30s and have lived like this all this time, but I joined because I want to have one final surgery to release it and go back to my old eyes haha
Honestly, I don’t think there are many people who successfully get eye shape correction, so be careful. It’s good if it goes well, but there don’t seem to be many good cases, and there are so many cases of overcorrection, awkward-looking eyes, and a harsher impression.
