Lagophthalmos after revision eye surgery ㅠㅠ One eye won’t close

I had this revision because I couldn’t put up with the double crease anymore, and they did a 1 mm excision + ptosis correction. I’ve narrowed down the reasons the lagophthalmos happened to three things: 1. 1 mm excision / 2. ptosis correction / 3. a slightly stronger fixation to prevent the double crease from recurring These three.. but is it possible to tell with the naked eye which one is the reason?

This is random, but even before my revision, when I winked with each eye separately, winking with the eye that now has lagophthalmos was more uncomfortable and harderㅋㅋㅋㅋ With the other eye, winking was super easy.. I wonder if that was a warning sign..? foreshadowing?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠ Right now I’m going crazy from the dryness every day.

And if, even little by little, I felt like it was subtly closing more and more, I’d be less worried, but when I take photos, it looks like it’s back to how it was a few days ago when it wouldn’t close, so I’m really anxious. For those of you who had lagophthalmos and improved.. could you see it gradually getting better? Around when after surgery did it get better? And when you close the eye on the side with lagophthalmos, does it normally feel like the eye is shrinking like this? It’s not just that it won’t close; something feels weird.. Is this just a natural thing while it isn’t closingㅠ
