After after after after / before before before before, hello!
I had revision rhinoplasty + double chin removal after 10 years.
How does it look?
The “after” photos I uploaded now are from week 1,
and as of today I’m about 3 weeks post-op, but somehow I’ve already gotten used to this nose and haven’t taken any photos -_-
I’ll take 3-week photos soon and upload them again,
but my nose is getting prettier and prettier, so as someone who went through a lot of emotional stress, I thought I absolutely had to post a review ㅠ
For reference, right now it has really gotten even prettier, to the point that everyone around me is getting tempted to get their nose done tooㅋㅋ
I knew my nose had started looking strange at some point, but..
I was already married and had a child, so I was going to just live with it,
but my double chin was so severe that I went in for a consultation and ended up getting my nose done tooㅋ.ㅋ
The clinic I went to specializes in facial contouring, and my friend had facial contouring + facial liposuction there and got amazing results...
So I went for a consultation about chin fat liposuction, then saw the nose line of someone coming out after having their splint removed, and it was so pretty that I booked right away;;
It’s a private clinic with one director, and it didn’t seem like they did any separate broker work, so there weren’t many reviews.
These are photos from exactly one week post-op, but is it okay to have this little swelling even after osteotomy?ㅋㅋㅋ They say if the surgery is done well, there isn’t much swelling...
I seriously had my first surgery done at a place that is still extremely famous here, 10 years ago, for around 3.5 or 3.8 million won.....
And the nose I got from that is in the photo below^^^^

Ha... back then, it really failed, and I thought the reviews on that beauty-surgery cafe seemed manipulated
(the reviews I had thought were pretty and messaged about were all from that clinic, so I went after doing so many in-person consultations, but it failed....), so I left the cafe.. ㅠㅠ When they opened my nose, it was covered in implants, all the cartilage had melted, and the director was upset, saying the first surgery had been done so badly,,, the nose alone took three hours ...
They said they straightened out each piece of folded and melted cartilageㅋㅋ
Ah, aside from my nose, my double chin was seriously always there even when I weighed 43 kg in my 20s because structurally I had a short, retruded chin, so I always had chin fat ㅠㅠ
It was a complex for me, and they recommended chin-tip advancement + liposuction, so I was going to do it, but at the last minute I suddenly got scared of cutting the chin;; so I only did liposuction,,
But now I’m regretting it because I feel like it would have been more dramatic if I had done chin-tip advancement^^ ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I really!!! went through so much emotional stress, was so upset, had a child and lived giving up on it,
then before getting older, I told myself I’m still young and went to lots of consultations, and I visited all the places famous for revision surgery, but they were extremely expensive and insincere ㅜㅜ
I filtered out places that gather people through events and operate factory-style, doing too many surgeries in one day...
My first surgery was done at a top-famous place that basically everyone interested in nose surgery would know, but it failed^^
This place is famous for facial contouring, so I consulted about various things together,
but they told me to do only exactly what I needed, with zero over-treatment or pressure, so I trusted them even more.
I thought about it very!! carefully!! for a long time,
but the moment I went here, I thought, “Ah. This is the place,” so I think there must have been some reason.
Even the aftercare is really... so meticulous and kind, and I’ve been to quite a lot of dermatology and plastic surgery clinics so far,
so I wonder why a place like this doesn’t have many reviews??? It really seems like they don’t advertise at all,, seriously,,
