1. ㅅㅌㅈ The consultation went in the order of consultant, director, consultant. The director’s consultation was really kind and detailed. They honestly told me in advance about side effects that could appear after surgery. They said that after surgery, fat may be reduced, making under-eye wrinkles and the tear trough more visible, and that whether the tear trough bothers me or not would have to be assessed during follow-up after surgery. They said that if the tear trough looks prominent, additional epicanthoplasty may be needed. It is not under-eye fat repositioning but a fat removal method, and I can continue receiving under-eye swelling laser treatments after surgery. Under-eye tape is not needed after surgery, and a 2-week recovery period is needed. In my case, fat grafting is unnecessary. Under-eye tape unnecessary.
They said full recovery takes 3 months, but I think that is similar at any hospital.

Maybe because the ㅅㅌㅈ director explained things so long and in such detail, it felt like a comparison. They said it is repositioning, not under-eye fat removal, and that it softens the tear trough. I asked first about side effects such as changes in the under-eye shape, and they said that because skin characteristics differ from person to person, there may be subtle changes after surgery. Under-eye fat grafting is unnecessary. Under-eye tape has to be used for about a week. Even though this place had a 10,000 won consultation fee, the consultation was shorter than ㅅㅌㅈ and did not feel particularly meticulous. However, the director seemed to have done a lot of under-eye fat repositioning surgeries. Interestingly, both places had the same price including VAT.
I think it’s good to visit several places for consultations.
