I fractured my nasal bone and ended up with a saddle nose where the middle part is sunken in. It’s not just that the septum got lower; the nasal bridge bone also collapsed and hardened that way, so I think my septum is bent up and down, making it hard to breathe.
If I put an implant on top and raise it back to my original nose height, since my septum is weakened, I feel like it might collapse or bend even more. I think I need to do it while treating a deviated septum or doing septal reconstruction, but there isn’t much information about septal reconstructionㅜㅜㅜㅜ There are no reviews either, and it’s really so hard.
Could anyone share hospitals that are good at septal reconstruction, or reviews from people who have had reconstruction? ㅠㅠ I have found a few, but ㅠㅠ
