Before <exactly 7 days after double eyelid surgery> It has now been 3 months, and the swelling really went down quickly! If you are an office worker who has to go back to work a week after double eyelid surgery, it goes down fast enough that I think you do not need to worry. I think even the stitch removal did not hurt. But when we designed it, I chose a semi-out line, and when I came out after surgery I thought it was that too, but once all the swelling went down, it just became an inline double eyelid. They said I would also need an upper canthoplasty to get a semi-out line, so I did it, but maybe because it was done with natural adhesion... I am not sure, but people around me say it looks natural. I like a more glamorous look, so it is a bit disappointing, but my acquaintances say it looks the best among people they know who had double eyelid surgery.
