So after I was discharged from the military, I had my first consultation at the hospital I had been thinking about for a long time, and without even looking around elsewhere, I had it done right away at the hospital where I got the consultation! At first, I was going to make it flashy and very noticeable, but I thought it would look too strange, so I did it naturally! For the surgery, autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone were used, with silicone over 3.5 mm!!
