For my first surgery, I had silicone in the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage used for the nasal tip? But it’s too high and hard, I feel a foreign-body sensation, and it doesn’t suit my image, so I want revision surgery using something like ear cartilage. Is removing autologous costal cartilage? a difficult surgery? I want it to be lower and more natural, but would that be difficult..
