Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Male rhinoplasty first surgery, 2 months in. Please look at my current state

Before before before before / after after after after after after It’s been 2 months since my nose surgery! Thinking about all the painful time until now, I honestly feel like I never want surgery again Maybe I’m the type whose swelling lasts quite a while. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t do ice compresses at first or because of my constitution, but the yellow bruises and bruising around my eyes didn’t go away, so I couldn’t go outside Anyway, time passed like that and it seems a bit more natural now, but there are also parts I’m not happy with, so I’m posting this as both a review and to ask some questions

Originally, my nose was a bulbous nose like in the photos, and it looked spread out without a nasal bridge, which bothered me, so I decided to have surgery. It was my first surgery I had surgery on 2023.01.21, and the photos are from week 2 and month 2 (current) The surgical materials used were columella - autologous costal cartilage + above the nasal tip - septal cartilage, and for the nasal bridge, silicone (4 mm) + osteotomy During consultation, they said the skin on my nasal tip was thick I had already corrected a deviated septum when I was young, but it wasn’t perfectly corrected, so I also had functional nose surgery together

While researching online here, I ended up visiting 7 places in person before deciding My selection criteria were insurance coverage for functional nose surgery, the doctor’s kindness and trustworthiness, I also watched a lot of YouTube, and since the hospital was somewhat large, the equipment, facilities, and environment looked good, so I chose this place

Now that I’m 2 months in, I think it’s gradually becoming more natural, but when I smile my nose still feels slightly tight, and I’m not sure if the tip of my nose is still swollen, but it feels hard when I touch it and looks big. Should I call it a bulbous nose? That’s what I’m worried about I thought I would get a sharp nasal tip like other people Because of this, the bridge of my nose also looks too thin, so the proportions look messed up. It even makes me wonder if I did osteotomy for nothing

At 2 months, is this shape pretty much the final result? Was the bulbous nose correction not done properly? Or is the swelling still continuing to go down? Is correction not working because of the thick nasal-tip skin? I want to hear from people with experience
