For reference, even though this was revision surgery, I went around and learned as I went without having detailed information about eye surgery..
I only went to Sinsa and Sinnonhyeon, and the places are mixed between the two areas!
1. ㅂㅇㅇ This is the clinic opened independently by Director ㄱㅌㅎ, who used to be at ㅌㅇㅅ. They did not recommend anything excessive, and I brought in eyes I had created with double-eyelid tape and was being a bit unreasonable;; but they honestly told me it was impossible. They measured the distance between my eyes in mm and explained specifically how much longer it was compared with average. (I visited this clinic first on the same day + with my not-so-great^^ comprehension, there were parts where I needed a bit more explanation.) The price was not bad for both incisional and non-incisional methods on the condition that I write a review.
However, among the four places I narrowed it down to, they showed me the least pretty line.. (I can predict that if it were actually done, it would come out prettier than that, but they pinched the line a little less prettily ㅠ) So even though I trusted them, I did not choose them. (TMI, but the clinic interior was really luxurious and the consultant was kind.)
2. ㅈㅇㅈㅇ Originally, my prior favorability was on the low side, but after seeing them it went way up. Director ㄹㅇㅅ is seriously smart. You can immediately see during the consultation that they are meticulous and analytical, though they do have the feeling of being tired of everything in the world.. (Still, I think they have inner humanity.) But if you want explanations, they answer everything, and they explained the eyes in the most understandable way. The price was also okay. The consultant also explained things well and was fine. However, on the day of surgery, the people who came in to explain various things spoke at 2x speed.. It was kind of a hurry-hurry style, and it felt like watching typical Korean office workers doing their jobs without much soul.. I wondered if a lot of work was backed up.. -> For reference, I had it done here! On the day of surgery, they were a bit kinder haha I think they were trying to tell me not to be nervous.
3. ㅇㅇㄱㄹ I visited because, for some reason, Director ㅈㄱㅇ seemed likable when I read reviews! I also visited this place early on without prior knowledge, so I went without a desired direction or even one photo.. (regretful) So the director tried out various lines, recommended options, explained things well, and found a good compromise suited to my situation. But because I had gone without knowing what I wanted.. later, when I visited another place with what I wanted, I ended up doing it at the place I liked.. ㅠㅠ I intentionally looked for hospitals that listen well to and accept patients' opinions, with skill + humanity, rather than very seasoned veteran doctors with very strong personal opinions. Director ㅈㄱㅇ seemed good in both skill + character. It is a shame I visited too early. Price range was similar to numbers 1 and 2 based on incisional surgery.
4. ㅍㄹㄴ I booked Director ㅇㅅㅎ for the consultation, and they had completely x100 full experience.. (I do not mean they looked old.) They immediately understood the point the patient wanted and said that could be done by doing this surgery in this way. They also read trends well, and if something seems very impossible, they suggest, “This is like this, but this much can be done.” I had a prejudice that older directors have strong opinions and are stubborn, but that was somewhat broken. They know the needs exactly. They also caught the line really well lololol I was impressed while watching.. The only thing I worried about was that they were too busy.. There was some waiting time, and because the director looked so busy going here and there, I wondered if it would be okay.. I also saw a patient seemingly pressuring them, asking, “Should I come next time?”.. But the explanation and the line were both so good (+the consultant was so pretty and had eyes like an idol..)
I thought I could achieve what I wanted here, so I considered choosing this place, but the price was the highest among the four, about +1,000,000 won, so it felt suddenly burdensome and I gave up. Of course, it may be because only this place agreed to match a semi-out line.
