InMode FX Review

Around December last year, I got InMode FX at a factory-style clinic. Since it was a factory-style place and just one area, I thought it would end quickly, but maybe because it was my first day, they did it longer and more meticulously than I expected. Maybe because my jowls were really severe, I could feel the effect after just one session. (For the 1st session, I only did one area: the deep cheek fat.) But maybe because my skin is sensitive, when I looked in the mirror, I had a huge amount of bruising. It was seriously so bad, like I had been beaten up by someone and got diagnosed with several weeks of injuries, so I couldn’t go outside.. Unlike the reviews I saw, my bruises lasted close to a month. And in some reviews, people said it hurt, but that day I had no pain at all. It wasn’t hot either. It just felt warm and like it was suctioning, and it actually felt nice. (I think it didn’t hurt because I only did the deep cheek area.)

Since I saw results after just one session, I also got a 2nd session. For the 2nd session, I got full face. That day, a different doctor from the 1st session did it, and this time it felt like it ended much faster. Maybe it felt that way because it was full face? And when they did the deep cheek area, just like the 1st session, it felt warm~ and nice, but when they went along the jawline, it got to the level of, “Oh, this is kind of hot?” Lastly, when they went into the double chin area, it just felt like they were searing me with a soldering iron. I almost lost my mind. I think when people say it was so hot that it hurt, they’re probably talking about the double chin area..... Thankfully, that part ended quickly, so I was relieved. But for the 2nd session, even though I got full face, I felt the effect less than the 1st session.

I didn’t do the 3rd session because going to the clinic was too much of a hassle.

But recently my double chin has been bothering me especially, so I’m planning to get only the double chin area soon. I’m already scared of how extreme the soldering-iron type feeling will be. (-> I went and got it done, but it didn’t hurt much? lol)
