The purpose of the surgery was to lower my upturned nose, so during the removal they reused a little of the existing septal cartilage and harvested new ear cartilage to use for lowering it (they said they used quite a lot..) After surgery, I had less bruising than I expected, but the swelling at the nasal tip... ㄷㄷ I lived with a swollen bulbous nose for 3 weeks And since the silicone was removed, of course my nasal bridge became lower And maybe they had shaved it a little during the previous surgery, so my already low nose became even flatter.. ha.. So when I touch upward from the nasal tip, it feels high and then suddenly becomes flat. That’s the saddest partㅠ Because of that, from the front it can only look like a plain nose, while from the side it looks like I have some bridge height.. So for two weeks after removal, I regretted it a bit and thought maybe I should have put silicone back in, but now that I’ve kept seeing the lowered bridge, I’ve gotten used to it, and since I don’t have to worry about revision surgery that I don’t know when I’d need again, I feel really at easeㅋ But now highlighter is a must.. Planning to go buy some soon.. haha^^;;
