Consultation received from Director ㅇㅇㄱ at Sinsa Station area S.S.A. Plastic Surgery
My concern: male in mid-20s. For someone in their 20s, I had a lot of crow's-feet wrinkles, dark circles, and I guess you could say there was no volume under my eyes??.. Anyway, I went for an eye-correction consultation, and almost every hospital really recommended under-eye fat repositioning too.. (Only about half of the hospitals recommended under-eye fat grafting.) Anyway, they said they were good at under-eye procedures and fat grafting, so I went here.. haha

Friendliness: The director was kind.. (I saw another review saying they were not kind, but anyway, they were kind to me and explained the consultation well.) They said they would remove a lipoma under my eye for free while I was there, haha, but I was busy, so I asked them to remove it together when I have surgery here next time, haha Anyway, the director was kind
Consultation details: Under-eye fat repositioning is necessary. If only repositioning is done, the under-eye area will look sunken and shadowed, so it will look like dark circles.. Micro fat grafting also needs to be done together.. (Other hospitals just call it fat grafting, but here the director and manager called it 'micro' fat grafting.. I don't know whether the surgical method is different or they just call it that to sound more impressive.)
It seemed they also do eye surgery, so I asked about eye correction too, and they said because my skin is thin, I could do it without incisions. They set the line as a slight hidden double eyelid, enough to show just a bit of a double eyelid.. I wasn't expecting much from the line, but I liked it a lot haha No need for things like lower canthoplasty. Only eye correction and under-eye fat grafting are needed.
Estimate: Under-eye fat repositioning 1.65 million KRW, micro fat grafting 1.10 million KRW I said other hospitals only charged 700,000 to 800,000 KRW for fat grafting and asked why it was so expensive, and the manager discounted it to under-eye fat repositioning 1.43 million KRW and fat grafting 770,000 KRW on the condition that my face could be disclosed, haha If anyone is going, try negotiating well haha
When I said I came from Jeju Island, the manager said the procedure would finish quickly, so since I was already here, I should get the treatment and go, haha It wasn't the kind of pushy pressure that feels unpleasant, just considerate since I had come from far away
???.. But at other hospitals they said some of the fat graft would be absorbed later, here they seemed to imply it would hardly be absorbed at all..;; Well, they said touch-up would just be done later anyway..
From other reviews too, it seems there are many cases where both under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting are recommended
